AI Delivery Dashboard is in an interactive prototype phase. This page describes the current boundary and the controls Smart365.AI intends to implement before onboarding customer data.
Current prototype boundary
- The public prototype uses synthetic demonstration data only.
- The prototype does not provide customer accounts or accept customer data.
- The prototype is a static frontend experience and does not make live AI, database, or customer-system calls.
- The website terms and privacy policy explain the current prototype scope and product-enquiry handling.
Before pilot access
Planned pilot-readiness controls
- Role-based access and authenticated customer workspaces.
- Tenant boundaries and persistent product records.
- Audit logging, operational monitoring, and defined incident processes.
- Customer-facing data processing, security, and support terms before customer data is onboarded.
Do not submit customer or sensitive data
Until a customer product release and applicable contractual controls are in place, do not submit personal data, credentials, trade secrets, regulated information, or customer data through the prototype or general website channels.
