Smart365.AI is a trading name of Zaman Consultancy Limited. In these terms, references to Smart365.AI mean Zaman Consultancy Limited trading as Smart365.AI unless the context requires otherwise.

These terms govern use of smart365.ai, work enquiries submitted to Smart365.AI, and general business interactions unless a separate signed agreement, statement of work, order form, data processing agreement, marketplace agreement, or product-specific terms applies.

Zaman Consultancy Limited, trading as Smart365.AI, provides Microsoft cloud services and enterprise solution delivery across Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Pages, SharePoint, React, and related AI automation. If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls where there is a conflict.

The website is provided for general information, service enquiries, and business communication. Visitors must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malware, scrape content in a harmful way, or use the website for unlawful or misleading purposes.

Zaman Consultancy Limited may update, suspend, restrict, or remove Smart365.AI website content at any time without notice.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, exclusivity, obligation to provide services, or obligation to accept a project. Any proposed work is subject to mutual agreement on scope, fees, responsibilities, timelines, assumptions, and commercial terms.

Project estimates, discovery outputs, roadmaps, proposals, or indicative timelines are not binding unless confirmed in a written agreement accepted by authorised representatives.

Services may include cloud strategy, Azure architecture and migration, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions, Power Platform and Power Pages delivery, React application development, AI automation, governance, support, and related professional services.

Specific deliverables, acceptance criteria, change control, dependencies, customer responsibilities, licensing, and support arrangements should be defined in a statement of work or equivalent agreement.

Smart365.AI solutions may depend on Microsoft services, third-party cloud platforms, APIs, libraries, connectors, marketplaces, data sources, and customer-owned systems. Zaman Consultancy Limited is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Customers are responsible for complying with the terms, licences, usage limits, security settings, procurement rules, and costs of third-party services they choose or authorise.

Fees, payment schedules, expenses, taxes, and invoicing arrangements are governed by the applicable proposal, order, statement of work, marketplace order, or written agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Late payment, non-payment, or failed entitlement checks may result in suspension of work, access, support, or services where permitted by the applicable agreement.

All website content, branding, copy, designs, code, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Zaman Consultancy Limited, trading as Smart365.AI, or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Visitors may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit website materials without permission except as allowed by law.

Ownership and licensing of client deliverables, pre-existing materials, open-source software, third-party assets, templates, accelerators, and reusable tools should be handled in the applicable project agreement.

Business discussions may involve confidential information. Confidentiality obligations should be defined in a non-disclosure agreement, statement of work, or service agreement where confidential material will be exchanged.
